Wildlife Tourism Boost in Gujarat

With an aim to promote wildlife tourism in Gujarat, the first phase of Barda Wildlife Sanctuary and Barda Jungle Safari will be inaugurated on October 29 at Kapurdi check post of Devbhoomi Dwarka. The Barda Wildlife Sanctuary inaugurated in Dwarka will be the second habitat for Asiatic lions.

Air Marshal Ajay Kumar Arora Assumes New Role

Air Marshal Ajay Kumar Arora assumed appointment as Air Officer-in-Charge Maintenance of the Indian Air Force at Air Headquarters. After assuming charge, the Air Marshal paid floral tribute at the National War Memorial in honour of the Armed Forces personnel who made the supreme sacrifice for the nation. He was commissioned in the Aeronautical Engineering stream of the IAF in August 1986.

ISRO’s Analog Space Mission Launched

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has launched India’s first analog space mission in Leh, Ladakh, as a pioneering step in the country’s space exploration efforts. The mission, led by ISRO’s Human Space Flight Centre, brings together partners from AAKA Space Studio, University of Ladakh, IIT Bombay.
