Unified Portal for Education Loans – PM-Vidyalaxmi
The Department of Higher Education will launch a unified portal called “PM-Vidyalaxmi,” where students can apply for education loans and interest subvention through a simplified process. Payments of interest subvention will be made through E-vouchers and Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) wallets.
Tri-Service Exercise ‘Poorvi Prahar’
The Indian Army, Indian Air Force, and the Indian Navy will jointly commence a command-level tri-service theatre exercise code-named ‘Poorvi Prahar’ along the India-China border.
